  • Do I have to use lubrication with fifi?
    Yes. Using the fifi without lubrication could result in chafing or burning. Always use a water-based lubricant with fifi disposable sleeves.
  • How big is the fifi?
    The fifi is 7.75 inches in length and roughly 3.5 inches in diameter.
  • What are the disposable sleeves made from?
    fifi disposable sleeves are made of natural latex. Note that if you’re allergic to latex, consult your physician for advice before use.
  • What’s the fifi made from?
    Shell: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Lining: 100% Polyester. Padding: 100% PE foam.
  • How do I wash my fifi?
    After removing and setting aside the foam insert, we recommend you hand wash the exterior of the fifi using cold water and mild detergent. Then lay flat to dry; do not wring.
  • Can I reuse fifi disposable sleeves?
    Our disposable sleeves are intended for one-time use only.
  • My fifi is too tight. How can I adjust the tightness?
    You can reposition the hook-and-loop tape that adheres the fifi shut to make it tight or loose. Fifi will also mold to your shape after continued use, like an old pair of jeans.
  • What colors are currently available?
    Black, Orange, Blue, Gray, and Camouflage.
  • Do the sleeves come in different textures?
    No, but we’re working on offering textured options.

        • How can I place an order?
          You may place an order online through the website only. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.
        • What's my shipping options?
          We use FedEx for all our shipping. You can choose SmartPost, 2nd day, or Standard Overnight for U.S. delivery. For Canada, FedEx ground. All other international shipping, FedEx International Economy.
        • Can I ship to a P.O. box?
          Yes, but you can only use SmartPost as your delivery option. FedEx 2nd day and standard overnight won't ship to P.O. boxes.
        • Do you offer free shipping?
          If you order contains a fifi, you will receive free shipping by Fedex SmartPost. This applies to U.S. residents only.
        • Is my online transaction secure?
          All transactions use SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This provides a secure connection between internet browsers and our website insuring a safe transaction.
        • Why was my credit card declined?
          We don’t have access to the reason your credit card got declined. Please contact your financial institution for an explanation.
        • How long does shipping take?
          Shipping times are dependent on what priority you choose for shipment and your geographical location. We send deliveries out Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm eastern time. Note that if you order after 2pm est., your order will ship the following business day. When choosing FedEx 2nd Day service, please remember FedEx delivers in 2 Business days M-F by 8PM.
        • I ordered 2nd-day delivery. Why hasn't my package arrived?
          Note that we only send deliveries out M-F, 9am-5pm EST. If you order after 2pm, your order will not ship until the following business day. When choosing FedEx 2nd Day service, please remember FedEx delivers in 2 Business days M-F by 8PM.
        • Can I have my shipment re-routed?
          If the package has not yet been assigned a tracking number, we may be able to alter the shipping address. Once a tracking number has been assigned, you will need to call your local post office to arrange for rerouting after the package arrives.
        • What are your shipping costs?
          Shipping costs are calculated at checkout per your order, location, priority, and provider.
        • Does your packaging look discreet?
          Yes, all packaging is discreetly shipped. It will arrive in a standard shipping box from Whizworx, LLC.
        • How do I check my order status?
          You’ll be emailed a tracking number once we ship your product.
        • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
          Yes. We ship to other countries using FedEx International Economy or FedEx ground if you're located in Canada.
        • I live in Hawaii. Can I get a shipment overnight?
          No, the best FedEx can do is 2nd-day delivery to Hawaii.
        • What’s your refund policy?
          We want you to be fully satisfied with the fifi product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the fifi kit* within 30 days of the order date, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost. Please contact customer service at 844-385-9843. *Please Note: With the purchase of the fifi Super Pack, you are guaranteed a refund for the fifi itself under the 30 day guarantee while the remaining balance will be determined upon the return of any sealed Sleeves and Lubricant.
        • How do I cancel my order?
          Call or email customer service before it ships.


      • How do I cancel my subscription?
        Go to MY ACCOUNT / MY SUBSCRIPTIONS and click on the cancel button.
      • How do I change my plan?
        You must cancel your current subscription. Then go to the sleeve club page and reorder the plan you would like.
      • What are my shipping options?
        FedEx Smartpost, 2nd Day, or Overnight Delivery. Note that we don't ship on Saturday and Sunday.
      • How long does it take for me to get my sleeves?
        That depends on your choosing shipping method. FedEx Smartpost can take anywhere from two to 10 days depending on your location.
      • Who does the charge come from on my paypal or credit card bill?
        Whizworx, LLC.
      • Can I pay for my subscription without using PayPal?
        No. As of now you must purchase your subscription through your paypal account. You can either select to pay through your bank account tied to paypal or credit card.
